Long Bio
The Get Rich Quick is a Truckee-based Americana band that believes the music is for the journey, not the destination.
Drawing inspiration from mountain life and heartfelt bonds, the band crafts original songs that blend storytelling with a rootsy, soulful sound.
Formed by friends with a shared love for honest music and late-night jams, the Get Rich Quick is less about chasing fortune and more about capturing the richness of everyday moments. Their music is steeped in the traditions of American folk, country, rock, and blues, yet shaped by modern sensibilities and a deep sense of place. Whether singing about love, loss, laughter, or longing, their songs invite listeners into a world where every lyric carries a memory and every chorus feels like home.
Known for their warm stage presence and genuine connection with audiences, the Get Rich Quick delivers performances that feel intimate, powerful, and full of life that will make you want to stomp your feet and sway your hips! With a sound that travels easily between the dancing and the reflective, they write music for those who understand that the road itself is the reward.
